personal data: Silke Weigang

Silke Weigang is multi-lingual, working simultaneously in German, English, Italian and Spanish as a freelance trainer, consultant and coach. She founded her business consultancy on management skills training in 2002. Since 1987 she has worked in about 20 different countries all over the world.

USP: Assisting heterogeneous teams and leaders in managing their internal and external relations, work results and processes - e.g. supporting international project teams as facilitator, coach and trainer.

After leaving the United Nations in late 1999, Silke Weigang has conducted workshops, training seminars and coaching in the following areas of specialization:

  • international project management (tools and soft skills)
  • intercultural communication
  • leadership skills, self-management and stress release, prevention of burn-out
  • skills assessment: personality style / preferential analysis
  • presentation skills related to multicultural customers

Silke Weigang works for clients of the private industry, international development community, services and public administration. Her approach is dynamic, open-minded, client- and process-orientated, plus creative with a lot of interaction among participants.

She continuously invests in her own professional formation, among others: NLP-Master (DVNLP) and Expert on HR Process Facilitation for Individuals and Groups (Külpp & Partner).

She is co-author and network-partner of traintool’s tool box web, an intelligent databank with soft skill instruments for executives, HR managers, trainers, facilitators and coaches. Co-author: Einstellungstests, job interview tests for employers, book with CD-ROM, 2. edition 2009 and testy rekrutacyjne (Polish Edition).
